Villa Description

Villa Kayam House is our luxury holiday villa with 3 ensuit bedrooms, private pool and jacuzzi with a capacity of 6 people, located in the Hisarönü area of Fethiye. Our villa, which has a modern concept, offers our guests a comfortable holiday with carefully selected materials. You can have fun in our villa, which has a large garden and pool area. In addition, due to its location, our villa is within walking distance to the Hisarönü center where shopping stores, entertainment venues and amusement park are located. Ölüdeniz beach is 3 km away. In our villa, all kinds of vehicles are ready for use for our guests.

Living Room: There is a carefully furnished living room with an open kitchen, modern armchairs, a 6-person dining table, LCD TV, satellite receiver, air conditioning. There is an exit door to the pool and garden section.

Kitchen: There is an open-plan kitchen, enough kitchen utensils for 6 people and more, dishwasher, oven, stove, refrigerator, toaster, toaster, teapot and kettle.

Bedrooms:

1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioning, jacuzzi, en-suite bathroom, wardrobe, sitting group for 2 people and terrace.

2nd Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom and wardrobe.

3. Bedroom: There are two single beds, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom and wardrobe.

Others: Air conditioning is available in all rooms and living room. There is also an iron, ironing board, hair dryer and vacuum cleaner in the villa.

Damage deposit: A damage deposit of £ 100 is taken during check-in. On the day of departure, there is no loss, broken, broken, etc. in the villa. If not, the damage deposit will be returned to you.

Note: In all our villas, which are intertwined with nature, spraying is done regularly. However, pests etc. in the environment. is likely to be found. We do not guarantee that we will not be seen 100% in our villas with sheltered pools. In these villas, there is always a 10% avoidance margin.
