Villa Konfor Doğu is a conservative 3-bedroom holiday villa with a private pool, accommodating up to 6 people, located in the Çalış district of Fethiye. Featuring a modern concept, this villa offers guests a comfortable holiday with its carefully selected furnishings. With its spacious garden and private pool area, you can enjoy your time in the villa. It's also just a 5-minute walk from shopping, entertainment venues, and Çalış Beach. All necessary amenities are readily available for our guests. Enjoy a relaxing time in your private pool with your family and loved ones, and enjoy a barbecue in the garden.
Note: For stays of less than 5 nights, an additional £80 cleaning fee is required.
Note: The remaining payment can be made by credit card upon check-in.
Note: Guests other than family members are not allowed in the villa.
House Interior Features
Living Room: A carefully furnished living room with an open kitchen, modern armchairs, an LCD TV, a satellite receiver, and air conditioning.
Kitchen: An open-plan island kitchen, a dining area for 6 people, kitchenware for 6 or more people, a dishwasher, a washing machine, an oven, a stove, a refrigerator, a toaster, and a tea maker.
Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: Features a double bed, air conditioning, an en-suite bathroom, a wardrobe, a dressing table, a jacuzzi, a television, and a balcony.
Bedroom 2: Features a double bed, air conditioning, a wardrobe, an en-suite bathroom, and a balcony overlooking the garden.
Bedroom 3: Features two single beds, an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, a wardrobe, and a balcony.
Other: All rooms and the living room have air conditioning. The villa also includes an iron, ironing board, a hairdryer, and a vacuum cleaner.
Note: All our villas, nestled in nature, are regularly treated with pesticides. However, there is a possibility of pests in the surrounding area. We cannot guarantee 100% complete invisibility in our villas with private pools. These villas always have a 5% protection margin. The villa photos on our website are taken with a wide-angle lens to fit the screen. Therefore, objects in the images may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
