Villa Description

Villa Koşar Deluxe is a 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom luxury villa with indoor pool, sauna and Turkish bath for 8 people, located in the Hisaronu area of Oludeniz. The interior design of our villa is equipped with care and quality goods. There is a sauna, hammam and indoor heated pool on the pool floor of our villa. It is suitable for our guests who want to come on holiday in winter. Our villa is 3 km from Oludeniz beach and 5 km from Hisaronu center.

Note:An extra cleaning fee of £ 100 is charged for rentals under 7 nights.

Note: Pool heating fee is £ 25 per day.

Inner pool area: It is the part with indoor pool, there is a Turkish bath and sauna in it.

First floor

1. Bedroom:Double bed, en-suite bathroom, jacuzzi, air conditioning, wardrobe, make-up table, balcony with pool and garden view.

Others: Air conditioning is available in all rooms and living room. There is also an iron, ironing board, hair dryer and vacuum cleaner in the villa.

Damage deposit:  £ 200 damage deposit is taken during check-in. On the day of departure, there is no loss, broken, broken, etc. in the villa. If not, the damage deposit will be returned to you.

Note: In all our villas, which are intertwined with nature, spraying is done regularly. However, pests etc. in the environment. is likely to be found. We do not guarantee that we will not be seen 100% in our villas with sheltered pools. In these villas, there is always a 10% avoidance margin.
