Villa Description

Villa Lavantin is a 1-bedroom honeymoon villa with a sheltered pool located in Kalkan, Üzümlü region. There is a jacuzzi in the main bedroom of our villa. It is ideal for guests who want to have a holiday away from the crowds and eyes. Since the pool area is conservative, it is ideal for honeymoon couples and nuclear families. Every opportunity has been considered so that our guests can have a peaceful holiday. Villa Lavantin Duo is located right next to our villa.

Note:For stays under 7 days, an extra cleaning fee of £ 75 will be charged.

Internal features of the house

Living room: There is a seating group, LCD TV, satellite receiver, air conditioning and dining table.

Kitchen: Refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, 4-burner stove, kettle, fork, spoon, plate, pot, pan, etc. There is kitchenware and a toaster.

Bedroom:

1st Bedroom: Double bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom, jacuzzi, wardrobe, door opening to the pool and garden.

Damage deposit: A damage deposit of £ 150 is taken during the check-in process. On the day of departure, there will be no loss, breakage, debris, etc. in the villa. Otherwise, the damage deposit will be refunded to you.

Note: All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are sprayed regularly. Despite this, there are pests etc. in the environment. There is a possibility of being found. We do not guarantee 100% invisibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 10% reservation in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a "Wide Angle Lens" to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
