Villa Leylak is a private, secluded villa with a pool located in Kayaköy, a village in Fethiye famous for its historical architecture. Our villa is surrounded by nature, offering a quiet and peaceful environment. Because the pool is not visible from the outside, it is ideal for conservative families and those who want a private holiday away from prying eyes. This private villa with a pool and garden, accommodating up to 6 people, consists of 3 bedrooms, 1 living room, and an open-plan kitchen. Everything has been thought of for our holidaymakers. Located 7 km from the world-famous Ölüdeniz beach and 10 km from Fethiye center, you can fully enjoy your holiday at our villa.
Interior Features of the House
Living Room:The carefully furnished living room with an open-plan kitchen includes modern sofas, a dining table for 6 people, an LCD TV, satellite receiver, and air conditioning.
Kitchen:The open-plan kitchen has enough kitchenware for 6 or more people, a washing machine, oven, hob, refrigerator, microwave oven, kettle, and teapot.
Bedrooms:
1st Bedroom:Double bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom and wardrobe.
2nd Bedroom: Two single beds, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom, wardrobe and baby cot.
3rd Bedroom: Double bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom and wardrobe.
Damage Deposit:A damage deposit of £100 is taken upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded upon departure if there is no loss, breakage, etc. in the villa.
Note:All our villas, located in a natural setting, are regularly treated with pesticides. However, there is still a possibility of encountering pests in the area. We cannot guarantee 100% privacy in our villas with protected pools. There is always a 10% margin of error in these villas. The villa photos on our website are taken with a 'Wide-Angle Lens' to fit the image on the screen. Therefore, objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
