Villa Description

Villa Likya is a 3-bedroom, 6-person capacity villa with a private pool, located only 3 km from Ölüdeniz, one of the most famous beaches in Turkey. It is only a 5-minute walk from the center of Hisarönü, one of the famous holiday and entertainment venues. Located in a quiet and tranquil environment, our villa is a villa where you can have a comfortable holiday with your family, relax and relieve all your tiredness. There is a table tennis table and a hammock in the garden of our villa. Since our villa is surrounded by trees, 90% of it is not visible from the outside. It is suitable for conservative families. There is a cinema system in our villa for our guests who like to watch movies.

Note: For stays under 6 nights, a cleaning fee of £ 60 is required.

Internal features of the house

Living room: There is a carefully furnished living room with an open kitchen, modern armchairs, a dining table for 8 people, LCD TV, satellite receiver and air conditioning.

Kitchen: The open-plan kitchen has enough kitchenware for 8 people or more, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, kettle and kettle.

Hall: There is a hall equipped with a cinema system.

Bedrooms:

1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, en-suite bathroom, wardrobe and air conditioning.

2nd Bedroom: There is a double bed, wardrobe and air conditioning.

3rd Bedroom: There are two single beds, wardrobe, air conditioning and terrace.

Others: There is also an iron, ironing board and hair dryer in the villa.

Damage deposit:A damage deposit of £ 100 is taken during the check-in process. Any loss, breakage, debris, etc. in the villa on the day of departure. Otherwise, the damage deposit will be refunded to you.

Note:All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are sprayed regularly. Despite this, there are pests etc. in the environment. There is a possibility of being found. We do not guarantee 100% visibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 10% reservation in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a "Wide Angle Lens" to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
