Villa Description

Villa Liman is our large family villa with 4 bedrooms and a private pool for 8 people, located in Calis region of Fethiye. Our villa has been specially designed for our guests and has all kinds of kitchen tools and equipment. You can swim in your own pool with your family, enjoy a barbecue in the garden with citrus trees, relax with pleasure and peace on the swings and pergolas, and have pleasant conversations in the comfort of the Liman villa while sipping your drink on the terrace with the city view and sunset. Our villa is approximately 2 km from Calis beach and within walking distance to central areas such as entertainment centers, shopping stores, market areas, restaurants, gym, Fethi Bey park, Kordon hospital.

Note: For rentals under 7 nights, there is a cleaning fee of £ 50.

Internal features of the house

Living room: There is a carefully furnished living room with an open kitchen, modern armchairs, air conditioning, dining table for 6 people, LED TV and satellite receiver.

Kitchen: The open-plan kitchen has enough kitchenware for 8 people or more, dishwasher, oven, stove, refrigerator and kettle.

Bedrooms:

1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, armchair, wardrobe, parking bed and a terrace with a seating area with city views.

2nd Bedroom: There are two single beds, en-suite bathroom, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe and sun terrace with sun loungers.

3rd Bedroom: There are two single beds and air conditioning.

4th Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe and park bed.

Others: There is air conditioning in all rooms and the living room. The villa also includes an iron, ironing board and hair dryer.

Damage deposit: A damage deposit of £ 100 is taken during the check-in process. Any loss, breakage, debris, etc. in the villa on the day of departure. Otherwise, the damage deposit will be refunded to you.

Note: All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are sprayed regularly. Despite this, there are pests etc. in the environment. There is a possibility of being found. We do not guarantee 100% invisibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 10% reservation in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a "Wide Angle Lens" to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.

External features

There is a private swimming pool, barbecue area, table and chairs for 6 people, sun loungers, umbrellas, garden furniture, sun terrace, veranda, camellia and garden swing.
