Villa Description

Villa Linda is a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa with a private pool for 8 people, located in the Ovacık region of Ölüdeniz, Fethiye. All 4 bedrooms of our villa have en-suite bathrooms. It is suitable for large families and groups of friends. Hisarönü, famous for its shopping stores and entertainment venues, is 2 km away from the centre. All equipment is ready for use in our villa for our guests. A peaceful holiday awaits you in our villa, which is located in a quiet location.

Note: An extra cleaning fee is required for reservations below the minimum stay period.

Internal features of the house

Living room: There is a carefully furnished living room with an open kitchen, modern armchairs, a dining table for 6 people, LCD TV, satellite receiver and air conditioning. There is a door from the living room to the garden and pool area.

Kitchen:The open-plan modern kitchen has enough kitchenware for 8 people or more, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave oven and kettle.

Bedrooms

1st Bedroom: Double bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, wardrobe, make-up table, balcony with pool and garden views.

2nd Bedroom: Double bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, wardrobe, make-up table, balcony with pool and garden views.

3rd Bedroom:Double bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, wardrobe, make-up table, balcony with pool and garden views.

4th Bedroom: There are two single beds, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, wardrobe, terrace with pool and garden views.

Others: There is air conditioning in all rooms and the living room. The villa also includes an iron, ironing board and hair dryer.

Damage deposit: A damage deposit of 100 £ is taken during the check-in process. On the day of departure, there will be no loss, breakage, debris, etc. in the villa. Otherwise, the damage deposit will be refunded to you.

Note: All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are sprayed regularly. Despite this, there are pests etc. in the environment. There is a possibility of being found. We do not guarantee 100% visibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 10% reservation in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a "Wide Angle Lens" to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
