Villa Description

Villa Makri Duo is a 4-bedroom holiday villa with a capacity of 8 people, a sheltered pool and a large garden, located in the Ovacık region of Fethiye. Our newly constructed villa is waiting for you, our valued guests, with its luxurious design, modern and comfortable structure. Located close to the center, our villa promises pleasant moments to our valued guests with its advantageous location and large garden area.

Note: There is Villa Azmira next to our villa. It offers a nice alternative for large families who want to rent villas side by side.
Note: For stays of less than 7 nights, a cleaning fee of 110 £ is charged.
Note: Our villa is also available for rent in the winter and has an underfloor heating system.

Internal features of the house

Living room: There is a living room with an open kitchen, a seating group, LCD TV, satellite receiver and air conditioning. There is a door from the living room opening to the pool and garden.

Kitchen: There is an open kitchen, kitchenware sufficient for 8 people or more, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, stove, refrigerator, teapot, microwave oven and kettle.

Bedrooms

1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, jacuzzi, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom, wardrobe and laundry room.

2nd Bedroom: Double bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom, wardrobe.

3rd Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom and wardrobe.

4th Bedroom: 2 single beds, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom and large balcony.

Others: There is also an iron, ironing board and hair dryer in the villa.

Damage deposit: A damage deposit of 100 £ is taken during the check-in process. Any loss, breakage, debris, etc. in the villa on the day of departure. Otherwise, the damage deposit will be refunded to you.

Note: All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are sprayed regularly. Despite this, there are pests etc. in the environment. There is a possibility of being found. We do not guarantee 100% visibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 10% reservation in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a "Wide Angle Lens" to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.

There is a barbecue area, garden seating area, sun loungers, umbrellas, sun terrace, hammock, table tennis and table football.
