Villa Description

Villa Mars is a 4-bedroom luxury villa with a private pool and a capacity of 8 people, located in Ovacık, Fethiye. Our villa is located 4 km from Ölüdeniz beach, 1.5 km from Hisarönü center, where shopping stores, entertainment venues and an amusement park for children are located, and 7 km from Fethiye centre. Everything has been thought of for the guests who come on holiday in our villa, and you can enjoy your holiday with your family and loved ones in our villa, which has nothing missing.

Note: For reservations under 7 nights, an extra cleaning fee is required.

Internal features of the house

Living room:There is a seating group, satellite receiver, LCD TV, internet, air conditioning, dining table, chairs and access to the pool.

Kitchen: Refrigerator, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, electric kettle, vacuum cleaner, toaster, dinner set for 8 people, pan, pots, cutlery and other kitchen equipment available.

Bedrooms:

1st Bedroom:Master suite bedroom has 1 double bed, wardrobe, make-up table, balcony, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.
2nd Bedroom: Master suite bedroom has 1 double bed, wardrobe, make-up table, balcony, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.
3rd Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, balcony, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.
4th Bedroom:There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, balcony, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

Others: There is air conditioning in all rooms and the living room. The villa also includes an iron, ironing board and hair dryer.

Damage deposit:A damage deposit of 150 £ is taken during the check-in process. Any loss, breakage, debris, etc. in the villa on the day of departure. Otherwise, the damage deposit will be refunded to you.

Note: All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are sprayed regularly. Despite this, there are pests etc. in the environment. There is a possibility of being found. We do not guarantee 100% invisibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 10% reservation in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a "Wide Angle Lens" to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
