Villa Description
Villa Marvel is a 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom villa with a private pool, accommodating up to 8 people, located in the Hisarönü area of Ölüdeniz, Fethiye. All four bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. It is suitable for large families and groups of friends. It is 2 km from Hisarönü, famous for its shopping and entertainment venues, 4 km from Ölüdeniz Beach, and only 8 km from Fethiye city center. All amenities are readily available for guests. A peaceful holiday awaits you in our quiet location.
Note: A cleaning fee of £100 is required for stays of less than 6 nights.
Note: The outdoor pool is heated and requires a daily fee of £40
House Interior Features
Living Room: A beautifully furnished living room with a magnificent open kitchen, modern armchairs, a dining table for 6 people, an LCD TV, a satellite receiver, and air conditioning.
Kitchen: An open-plan modern kitchen with kitchenware for 8 or more people, a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, stove, refrigerator, and kettle.
Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: Features a double bed, jacuzzi, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, nightstand, wardrobe, and dressing table.
Bedroom 2: Features a double bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, nightstand, wardrobe, and dressing table.
Bedroom 3: Features a double bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, nightstand, wardrobe, and dressing table.
Bedroom 4: Features two single beds, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, nightstand, wardrobe, and dressing table.
Other: All rooms and the living room have air conditioning. The villa also has an iron, ironing board, and hairdryer.
Damage Deposit: A £100 damage deposit is required upon check-in. The damage deposit will be refunded upon check-out, provided there are no missing, broken, or damaged items in the villa.
Note: All of our villas, nestled in nature, are regularly treated with pesticides. Despite this, there is a possibility of pests and other pests in the surrounding area. We cannot guarantee 100% complete privacy in our villas with private pools. There is always a 10% privacy margin for these villas. The villa photos on our website are taken with a wide-angle lens to fit the screen. Therefore, objects in the photos may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
