Villa Matisse is a conservative villa with 2 bedrooms and a private pool with a capacity of 4 people, located in the Kayaköy area of Fethiye, famous for its historical structure. Our villa has a magnificent nature view and a view of Kayaköy. Since the surroundings of our villa are closed, the pool section is not visible from the outside. Ideal for honeymooners and nuclear families. Our villa, which offers a peaceful and happy holiday opportunity where no one can disturb you, away from the eyes, has everything for our guests. You can have a pleasant time with your family and loved ones in your private pool and have a barbecue in the garden. Next to our villa is Villa Sierra. If desired, crowded family groups can rent this villa on the same dates and spend their holidays together.

Note: A cleaning fee of £ 25 is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Interior features of the house

Living Room:There is a carefully furnished living room with an open kitchen, modern armchairs, a 4-person dining table, LCD TV, satellite receiver and air conditioning. There is a door opening from the living room to the pool and garden.

Kitchen:There is an open kitchen, enough kitchen equipment for 4 people or more, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, stove, refrigerator, tea maker.

Bedrooms

1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom, wardrobe, make-up table and exit to the pool.

2nd Bedroom:There are two single beds, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom, make-up table, wardrobe and exit to the pool.

Others:There is also an iron, ironing board, hair dryer and vacuum cleaner in the villa.

Damage deposit: £ 100 damage deposit is taken during check-in. On the day of departure, there is no loss, broken, broken, etc. in the villa. If not, the damage deposit will be returned to you.

Note: In all our villas, which are intertwined with nature, spraying is done regularly. However, pests etc. in the environment. is likely to be found. We do not guarantee 100% visibility in our villas with sheltered pools. In these villas, there is always a 5% reserve.
