Villa Melo is a conservative villa with 2 bedrooms and a capacity of 4 people with a jacuzzi located in the Yeşilköy area of Kalkan. The pool and garden of our villa are not visible from the outside. It is an ideal villa for honeymoon couples and nuclear families. Our villa, which offers a peaceful and happy holiday opportunity where no one can disturb you, has everything for our guests. You can have a pleasant time in your private pool with your family and loved ones. A beautiful holiday awaits you in the Kalkan region, one of the most popular holiday centers of recent years.
Note: An extra £100 cleaning fee is requested for accommodations under 7 nights.
Interior features of the house
Living room: There is a carefully furnished living room with an open kitchen, modern armchairs, an island kitchen area, LCD TV, satellite receiver and air conditioning. There is a door from the living room to the pool and garden.
Kitchen:There is an open kitchen, kitchenware enough for 4 people and more, a dishwasher, a washing machine, an oven, a stove, a refrigerator, a teapot and a toaster.
Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1:Double bed, air conditioning, jacuzzi, en-suite bathroom, wardrobe, dressing table and exit to the pool area.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds, air conditioning, jacuzzi, en-suite bathroom, dressing table, dressing table and exit to the pool area.
Others: There is also an iron, ironing board and hair dryer in the villa.
Damage deposit:A damage deposit of £100 is taken during check-in procedures. If there is no loss, breakage, spillage etc. in the villa on the day of check-out, the damage deposit is returned to you.
Note:All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are regularly sprayed. Despite this, there is a possibility of pests etc. in the surroundings. We do not guarantee that our villas with sheltered pools will be 100% invisible. There is always a 5% margin of protection in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a 'Wide Angle Lens' to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
