Villa Meltem is a spacious 5-bedroom family villa with a private pool and private garden, accommodating 10 guests and located in the Ovacık district of Fethiye. Ideal for large families, this villa is fully equipped for guests, allowing you to enjoy a peaceful holiday with your loved ones.
Note: An additional cleaning fee of £60 applies for stays of less than 5 nights.
House Interior Features
Living Room: Features an open-plan kitchen, modern armchairs, a dining table for 6 people, an LCD TV, a satellite receiver, and air conditioning.
Kitchen: Features an open-plan kitchen with enough kitchenware for 10 or more people, a washing machine, a dishwasher, an oven, a stovetop, a refrigerator, a kettle, and a kettle.
Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: Features a double bed, air conditioning, an en-suite bathroom, a wardrobe, and a balcony.
Bedroom 2: Features a double bed, air conditioning, an en-suite bathroom, and a wardrobe.
Bedroom 3: Features a single bed, air conditioning, and a wardrobe.

Other: All rooms and the living room have air conditioning. The villa also has an iron and hairdryer.
Damage deposit: A £100 damage deposit is required upon check-in. The deposit will be refunded upon departure, provided there are no missing items, broken items, or spills.
Note: All our villas, nestled in nature, are regularly disinfected. Despite this, there is a possibility of pests and other pests. We cannot guarantee 100% visibility in our villas, which have a secluded pool. There is always a 10% privacy margin for these villas. The villa photos on our website are taken with a wide-angle lens to fit the screen. Therefore, objects in the photos may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
