Villa Description

Villa Minacity 3 is a conservative villa with 2 bedrooms and a jacuzzi with a capacity of 4 people, located in YeşilÜzümlü, Fethiye. The surroundings and pool area of our villa are not visible from the outside. Our villa is ideal for honeymoon couples and nuclear families. Our villa, which offers a peaceful and happy holiday opportunity where no one can disturb you, away from the eyes, has everything for our guests. You can have a pleasant time with your family and loved ones in your private pool and have a barbecue in the garden. Next to our villa there are Villa Minacity 1 - Villa Minacity 2 - Villa Minacity 4. If desired, large family groups can rent these villas on the same dates and spend their holidays together.

Note: For stays under 5 nights, an extra £ 45 cleaning fee is required.

Note: Pets are accepted for an additional cleaning fee of £ 30.

Internal features of the house

Living room: There is a carefully furnished living room with an open kitchen, modern armchairs, a dining table for 6 people, LCD TV, satellite receiver and air conditioning. There is a door from the living room opening to the pool and garden.

Kitchen: There is an open kitchen, enough kitchen equipment for 4 people or more, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, stove, refrigerator, teapot, toaster, coffee machine and kettle.

Bedrooms:

1st Bedroom: Double bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom, wardrobe and exit to the pool area.

2nd Bedroom: There are two single beds, air conditioning and a wardrobe.

Others: There is also an iron, ironing board and hair dryer in the villa.

Damage deposit: A damage deposit of £ 45 is taken during the check-in process. Any loss, breakage, debris, etc. in the villa on the day of departure. Otherwise, the damage deposit will be refunded to you.

Note: All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are sprayed regularly. Despite this, there are pests etc. in the environment. There is a possibility of being found. We do not guarantee 100% invisibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 10% reservation in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a "Wide Angle Lens" to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
