Villa Description

Villa Mostar is a conservative luxury holiday villa with 2 bedrooms, a capacity of 4 people, a private pool and jacuzzi, located in Üzümlü village of Kalkan. Since the external private pool of our villa is not visible from the outside, it is ideal for bigoted families and couples who want to come for a honeymoon. Our luxury villa, which has a modern and spacious architecture, offers our guests a peaceful holiday with its wonderful nature view.

Note: For reservations under 7 nights, a cleaning fee of £ 30 is required.

Note: The last 200m of the road to the villa is concrete and the last 100m is uphill.

Internal features of the house

Living room: There is a modern seating group, air conditioning, television, internet and satellite receiver. We have an exit from the living room that opens to the pool.

Kitchen: Modern open-plan kitchen, dining table for 6 people, dishwasher, refrigerator, electric kettle, washing machine, oven, 4-burner stove, dinnerware for 4 people, microwave, spoon, knife, cutlery, pots, glasses and There is a pan set. We have access to the garden from the kitchen.

Bedrooms

1st Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, en-suite bathroom, jacuzzi, wardrobe and make-up table.

2nd Bedroom: 2 single beds, en-suite bathroom, make-up table, and exit to the garden area.

Others: There is air conditioning in all rooms and the living room. The villa also includes an iron, ironing board and hair dryer.

Damage deposit: A damage deposit of £ 100 is taken during the check-in process. On the day of departure, there will be no loss, breakage, debris, etc. in the villa. Otherwise, the damage deposit will be refunded to you.

Note: All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are sprayed regularly. Despite this, there are pests etc. in the environment. There is a possibility of being found. We do not guarantee 100% invisibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 5% reservation in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a "Wide Angle Lens" to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
