This beautiful 2 bedroom, the stone villa is our special and private villa in the historical village of Kayakoy also, known as a Ghost town. It is only 10-minute walking distance of all the shops and Kayakoy Ruins, surrounded by peaceful surroundings. Sleeps up to 4 people, with 1 ensuite and a shared bathroom. This stunning villa has a private pool and well-kept gardens, with many trees and flowers. There is a BBQ area where you can enjoy your evenings with your family and friends. Villa Naila is located next to our villa. If desired, crowded family groups can rent this villa on the same dates and spend their holidays together.

Kitchen: Modern, open-plan kitchen, fully equipped. Includes a Dishwasher, Oven, Hob, Fridge/freezer, Toaster, Kettle and Washing Machine.

Bedroom 1: Double bed with A/C Unit, jacuzzi, wardrobe, ensuite bathroom.

Bedroom 2:Two single bed with A/C unit, Wardrobe.

Bathroom 1: Shared bathroom with a toilet, single washbasin.

Balcony: There is a large balcony overlooking the pool and garden.

Note: Due to the infrastructure of the region, the Internet can be used to receive an e-mail, social networks, news, etc, but not for watching movies and videos.

Damage Deposit

Upon your arrival, we charge £ 100 damage deposit for missing or broken appliances but after inspection, the money will be refunded to you before your departure
