Villa Description

Villa Neta is a 2 bedroom, 4 person holiday villa with a private pool and jacuzzi, located within walking distance of Ölüdeniz beach. Our villa, whose pool is not visible from the outside, is ideal for bigoted families and couples who want to spend their honeymoon away from the public eye. Our villa is 10 km away from Fethiye center. All kinds of facilities have been considered for the comfort of our guests in our villa.

Note: For stays under 5 nights, an extra 30 £ cleaning fee is required.

Internal features of the house

Living room: There is a carefully furnished living room with an open kitchen, modern armchairs, a dining table for 4 people, LCD TV, satellite receiver and air conditioning.

Kitchen: Open kitchen, kitchen equipment sufficient for 4 people or more, bar counter, dishwasher, microwave, tea maker, coffee maker, toaster, stove, refrigerator, teapot, kettle, cutlery, glasses, plates, etc. available.

Bedrooms:

1st Bedroom: Double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, en-suite bathroom and wardrobe.

2nd Bedroom: 2 single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, en-suite bathroom and wardrobe.

WC / Bathroom: Located in the common area.

Damage deposit: A damage deposit of 100 £ is taken during the check-in process. Any loss, breakage, debris, etc. in the villa on the day of departure. Otherwise, the damage deposit will be refunded to you.

Note: All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are sprayed regularly. Despite this, there are pests etc. in the environment. There is a possibility of being found. We do not guarantee 100% invisibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 10% reservation in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a "Wide Angle Lens" to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
