Villa Nil is a conservative holiday villa with 3 bedrooms and a jacuzzi with a capacity of 6 people, located in the center of Fethiye. Due to its location, our villa is within walking distance to the shopping mall, market and restaurants. The pool area is designed to be sheltered. Our villa is designed with special furniture with a modern concept and design and offers a special holiday opportunity. It is a villa where you can have a comfortable holiday with your family, relax and relieve all your tiredness. There is a jacuzzi in the garden of our villa. It is also suitable for conservative families.

Note: For reservations under 4 nights, an extra cleaning fee of 50 £ is required.

Interior Features of the House

Living room: Living room with open island kitchen, modern armchairs, dining table for 4 people, LCD TV, satellite receiver, air conditioning and a door opening to the pool garden.

Kitchen: Open-plan island kitchen, with enough kitchenware for 6 people or more, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, stove, refrigerator, electric coffee pot, teapot and kettle.

Bathroom:There is 1 shared bathroom-WC.

Bedrooms :

1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, wardrobe and nightstand.

2nd Bedroom: 2 single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe.

3rd Bedroom:There are 2 single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe.

Damage deposit:A damage deposit of 100 £ is taken during the check-in process. Any loss, breakage, debris, etc. in the villa on the day of departure. Otherwise, the damage deposit will be refunded to you.

Note: All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are sprayed regularly. Despite this, there are pests etc. in the environment. There is a possibility of being found. We do not guarantee 100% invisibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 10% reservation in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a "Wide Angle Lens" to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
