Villa Description

Villa Nilüfer is a 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom holiday villa with a capacity of 8 people, a private pool and a garden, located in the Fethiye Gunlukbasi area. Our villa is ideal for large family groups and large groups of friends. Everything has been considered for you, our valued guests, in the villa and there is nothing missing. You can barbecue in the garden of our villa and spend pleasant moments by the pool.

Note: For reservations under 5 nights, a cleaning fee of £ 50 is required.

Internal features of the house:

Living room: There is a carefully furnished living room with an open kitchen, modern armchairs, LED TV, satellite receiver, bookshelf and air conditioning. There is an exit door to the pool.

Kitchen: There is an open-plan kitchen with enough kitchen supplies for 8 people or more, a high chair, a dining table for 6 people, a dishwasher, an oven, a stove, a refrigerator, crockery, knife and glass sets, a teapot and a kettle.

Bedrooms:

1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, bedside table, baby cot and en-suite bathroom.

2nd Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, bedside table and en-suite bathroom.

3rd Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, bedside table.

4. Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, bedside table.

Others: There is air conditioning in all rooms and the living room. The villa also includes an iron, ironing board and hair dryer.

Damage deposit: A damage deposit of £ 150 is taken during the check-in process. Any loss, breakage, debris, etc. in the villa on the day of departure. Otherwise, the damage deposit will be refunded to you.

Note: All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are sprayed regularly. Despite this, there are pests etc. in the environment. There is a possibility of being found. We do not guarantee 100% visibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 10% reservation in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a "Wide Angle Lens" to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
