Villa Description

Villa Pegas 4 is a 1-bedroom, 2-person conservative honeymoon villa with a private pool and jacuzzi located in Kayaköy, Fethiye. Since the pool of our villa is not visible from the outside, our honeymoon couples can spend their holidays with peace of mind. Kayaköy is a historical town with its nature and old Greek houses. It is also 7 km from the world-famous Ölüdeniz beach and 10 km from Fethiye centre. Our villa has all kinds of tools and equipment for our guests. A private car parking area is also available.

Note: For stays under the minimum stay period, an extra 50 £ cleaning fee is charged.

Note: There are fly screens on the doors of our villa opening to the garden.

Internal features of the house

Living room:There are modern armchairs, LCD TV, satellite receiver and air conditioning. There is a door from the living room opening to the pool and garden.

Kitchen: There is a closed kitchen, enough kitchen equipment for 2 people or more, a kitchen table for 4 people, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, stove, oven, toaster, kettle and coffee machine.

Bedroom:

Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioning, jacuzzi, en-suite bathroom, make-up table and wardrobe. It also has a door opening to the garden and pool area.

Others: The villa also has an iron, ironing board, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner and internet.

Damage deposit: A damage deposit of 50 £ is taken during the check-in process. Any loss, breakage, debris, etc. in the villa on the day of departure. Otherwise, the damage deposit will be refunded to you.

Note: All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are sprayed regularly. Despite this, there are pests etc. in the environment. There is a possibility of being found. We do not guarantee 100% visibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 10% reservation in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a "Wide Angle Lens" to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
