Villa Description

Villa Pegas 3 is a conservative concept holiday villa with 2 bedrooms, a capacity of 4 people and a jacuzzi, located in Kayaköy, Fethiye. Kayaköy is a special area located in nature with a historical structure containing old Greek houses. Our villa offers its guests a cozy and comfortable holiday with its large seating area. The pool and garden of our villa are not visible from the outside, and you can have a comfortable holiday with your loved ones in the large garden and pool area. It is also an ideal option for honeymoon couples and nuclear families. Our villa has everything for our guests. You can have a pleasant time with your family and loved ones in your private pool and have a barbecue in the garden.

Note: For stays below the minimum stay period, an extra 50 £ cleaning fee is charged.

Note: There are fly screens on the doors of our villa opening to the garden.

Internal features of the house

Living room:There is a carefully furnished living room with an open kitchen, modern armchairs, a dining table for 4 people, LCD TV, satellite receiver and air conditioning. There is a door from the living room opening to the pool and garden.

Kitchen: There is an open kitchen, enough kitchen supplies for 4 people or more, dishwasher, oven, stove, refrigerator, toaster, teapot and high chair.

Bedrooms:

1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioning, jacuzzi, en-suite bathroom, make-up table, baby bed and wardrobe. It also has a door opening to the pool and garden.

2nd Bedroom: There are two single beds, air conditioning and a wardrobe.

Others: The villa also has a vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board and hair dryer.

Damage deposit: A damage deposit of 50 £ is taken during the check-in process. Any loss, breakage, debris, etc. in the villa on the day of departure. Otherwise, the damage deposit will be refunded to you.

Note:All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are sprayed regularly. Despite this, there are pests etc. in the environment. There is a possibility of being found. We do not guarantee 100% visibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 10% reservation in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a "Wide Angle Lens" to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
