Villa Description

Villa Pelit is a 4-bedroom rental holiday villa with a capacity of 8 people, a private pool, sauna and jacuzzi, located in Fethiye - Ovacık. All 4 rooms of our villa have en-suite bathrooms. It is suitable for large families and groups of friends. It is 900 m from Hisarönü center, famous for its shopping stores and entertainment venues, 4 km from Ölüdeniz beach, and only 7 km from Fethiye centre. All equipment is ready for use in our villa for our guests. A peaceful holiday awaits you in our quietly located villa with sauna and jacuzzi.

Note: For stays of less than 7 nights, a cleaning fee of £ 100 is required.

Note:The pool will be closed as of November 1st.

Internal features of the house

Living room:There is a carefully furnished living room with a magnificent open kitchen, modern armchairs, LCD TV, satellite receiver and air conditioning.

Kitchen:The open-plan modern kitchen has enough kitchenware for 8 people or more, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster, tea maker, coffee machine and kettle.

Bedrooms:

1st Bedroom:There is a double bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, jacuzzi, wardrobe and sauna.

2nd Bedroom:There are two single beds, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning and wardrobe.

3rd Bedroom:There is a double bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning and wardrobe.

4th Bedroom:There is a double bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning and clothes rack.

Others:There is air conditioning in all rooms and the living room. The villa also includes an iron, ironing board and hair dryer.

Damage deposit:A damage deposit of £ 200 is taken during the check-in process. On the day of departure, there will be no loss, breakage, debris, etc. in the villa. Otherwise, the damage deposit will be refunded to you.

Note:All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are sprayed regularly. Despite this, there are pests etc. in the environment. There is a possibility of being found. We do not guarantee 100% visibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 10% reservation in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a "Wide Angle Lens" to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
