Not only are you within walking distance (10 -Min.) of all the shops and Kayakoy Ruins, you are far enough away to enjoy the peaceful surroundings. You can see historical Kayakoy houses from your beautiful terrace as well. Sleeps up to 8 people, with 2 shared bathrooms and 1 ensuite. Master bedroom has a jacuzzi. This stunning villa has a pool with heating system, jacuzzi near the pool, table tennis and well-kept garden, with many trees and flowers. Also, there is a stone BBQ for outdoor dining.  You can find more than what you want in this villa for your holiday.

Note: A cleaning fee of £ 40 is charged for rentals under minimum dates.

Note: Pool heating will be turned off between 15 May - 15 September. Extra pool heating fee is £ 300.

Upon your arrival, we charge £ 100 damage deposit for missing or broken appliances but after inspection, the money will be refunded to you before your departure.
