Villa Polina 2 is a 3-bedroom, 6-person capacity, large private pool rental holiday villa located in the Hisarönü area of Ölüdeniz. Enjoyable moments await you in our villa with a large garden and pool area. Our villa is 5 km from the world-famous Ölüdeniz beach and 500 m from Hisarönü center, where entertainment venues, shopping malls and restaurants are located. You can spend your holiday peacefully and safely in our villa, which is 7 km from Fethiye center.
Note: A cleaning fee of 3,000 TL is requested for accommodations under 7 nights.
Note: Villa Polina 1 with the same features is located right next to our villa, ideal for our guests who want to spend their holiday together.
Interior features of the house
Living room: There is a living room with an open kitchen, a seating area, LED TV, a satellite receiver and air conditioning. There is an exit door from the living room to the pool and garden.
Kitchen: Open-plan kitchen, kitchenware enough for 6 or more people, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, stove, refrigerator, oven, toaster, coffee machine, teapot and kettle.
Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1:Double bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom, jacuzzi, wardrobe, nightstand and terrace.
Bedroom 2: Double bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom, wardrobe, nightstand and terrace.
Bedroom 3:Twin beds, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom, wardrobe, nightstand and terrace.
Others: All rooms and the living room have air conditioning. The villa also has an iron, ironing board and hair dryer.
Damage deposit: A 5,000 TL damage deposit is taken during check-in. If there is no loss, breakage, spillage etc. in the villa on the day of check-out, the damage deposit is returned to you.
Note: All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are regularly sprayed. Despite this, there are pests etc. in the surrounding area. There is a possibility of finding it. We do not guarantee 100% invisibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 10% margin of protection in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a 'Wide Angle Lens' to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in the photos may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
