Villa Pres 2 is a luxury rental holiday villa located in Hisarönü, one of the most popular holiday areas of Ölüdeniz in Fethiye district of Muğla, and stands out with its modern architecture and high comfort standards. Its location surrounded by nature, central location, and private living spaces offer an ideal villa holiday experience for both families and groups of friends. Villa Pres 2, which stands out among Fethiye villa rental options, is designed especially for holidaymakers who want to experience freedom, privacy, and comfort all together. Thanks to its proximity to Ölüdeniz, it offers both a seaside holiday and a peaceful holiday surrounded by nature.
Note: Indoor pool heating is £35 per night and will be active between November 1st and April 30th.
Interior Features of the House
Living Room: The centrally located living room features modern sofas, an 8-person dining table, LCD TV, satellite receiver, and air conditioning.
Kitchen: Open-plan kitchen with enough kitchenware for 8 or more people, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, refrigerator, tea maker, kettle, and kettle.
Bedrooms:
1st Bedroom: Double bed, en-suite bathroom, jacuzzi, air conditioning, LCD TV, wardrobe, dressing table.
2nd Bedroom: Double bed, en-suite bathroom, jacuzzi, air conditioning, LCD TV, wardrobe, dressing table.
3rd Bedroom: Two single beds, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, and wardrobe.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of £150 is taken upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded upon departure if there is no loss, breakage, or damage to the villa.
Note: All our villas, offering a life surrounded by nature, are regularly treated with pest control. However, there is still a possibility of pests etc. being present in the surrounding area. We absolutely cannot guarantee 100% privacy in our villas where the pool is located. There is always a 10% margin of error in these villas. The villa photos on our website are taken with a 'Wide-Angle Lens' to fit the screen. Therefore, objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
