Villa Description

Villa Queen is a family villa with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a capacity for 6 people, a conservative private pool, jacuzzi and a large garden, located in Seydikemer Gerişburnu location. Since the pool of our villa is not visible from the outside, it is suitable for conservative families. Our villa, which offers a peaceful and happy holiday opportunity where no one can disturb you, away from the eyes, has everything for our guests. You can have a pleasant time with your family and loved ones in your private pool and have a barbecue in the garden.

Note: A cleaning fee of £ 50 is required for stays of less than 7 nights between 16 June and 8 September, and for stays of less than 5 nights for other dates.

Internal features of the house

Living room:There is a carefully furnished living room with an open kitchen, air conditioning, modern L sofa, dining table for 6 people, LED TV, satellite receiver, door opening to the pool and garden.

Kitchen: Open-plan kitchen, with enough kitchenware for 6 people or more, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, stove, refrigerator, tea maker, toaster and coffee machine.

Bedrooms:

1st Bedroom: Double bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom, jacuzzi, wardrobe and balcony.

2nd Bedroom:Double bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom, make-up table, wardrobe and balcony.

3rd Bedroom: There are two single beds, a baby cot, a high chair, air conditioning, a wardrobe and access to the pool.

Others:There is air conditioning in all rooms and the living room. The villa also includes an iron, ironing board, hair dryer and vacuum cleaner.

Damage deposit: A damage deposit of £ 100 is taken during the check-in process. Any loss, breakage, debris, etc. in the villa on the day of departure. Otherwise, the damage deposit will be refunded to you.

Note: All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are sprayed regularly. Despite this, there are pests etc. in the environment. There is a possibility of being found. We do not guarantee 100% visibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 5% reservation in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a "Wide Angle Lens" to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
