Villa Description
Villa Reef is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa with a private pool and jacuzzi for 6 people located in Fethiye Seydikemer district. With its useful garden and pool area, newly designed house materials, our guests are offered a comfortable holiday opportunity. Our villa has a twin villa designed as a joint next to it. Our villa, which is located in a quiet and peaceful location, offers its guests a comfortable holiday opportunity.
Note: An extra £60 cleaning fee is requested for stays under 7 nights.
Interior features of the house
Living room: There is a carefully furnished living room, modern armchairs, a dining table for 6 people, air conditioning, LCD TV and satellite receiver.
Kitchen: There is an open-plan kitchen, kitchenware for 6 people and more, a dishwasher, oven, stove, refrigerator and kettle.
Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: There is a double bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom, wardrobe, nightstand and a balcony with pool and nature views.
Bedroom 2: There is a double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe and balcony.
Bedroom 3: There is a double bed, air conditioning, jacuzzi and wardrobe.
Others: There is air conditioning in all rooms and the living room. There is also an iron, ironing board and hair dryer in the villa.
Damage deposit: A £100 damage deposit is taken during check-in procedures. If there is no loss, breakage, spillage etc. in the villa on the day of departure, the damage deposit is returned to you.
Note: All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are regularly sprayed. Despite this, there is a possibility of pests etc. in the surroundings. We do not guarantee 100% invisibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 10% margin of protection in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a 'Wide Angle Lens' to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
