Villa Description

Villa Rezzan 2 is a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom family villa with a private pool and jacuzzi, located in the Ovacık area of Fethiye. It's 4 kilometers from Hisarönü, home to shopping, entertainment venues, and a children's amusement park. It's 6 kilometers from Ölüdeniz Beach and just 10 kilometers from Fethiye city center. This rental villa with a private pool offers a relaxing and tranquil family holiday, where you can unwind and unwind. Its spacious, well-maintained garden and large, clean pool offer a wonderful holiday experience.

Note: A £70 cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 5 nights.

House Interior Features

Living Room: Living room with open kitchen, air conditioning, modern armchairs, a dining table for 6 people, an LED TV, a satellite receiver, and a door opening onto the pool.

Damage Deposit: A £150 damage deposit is required upon check-in. This deposit will be refunded upon check-out, provided there are no missing items, breaks, or spills.

Note: All our villas, nestled in nature, are regularly disinfected. However, pests and other pests may still be present. We cannot guarantee 100% complete privacy of the pool in our secluded villas. There is always a 10% privacy margin for these villas. The villa photos on our website are taken with a wide-angle lens to fit the screen. Therefore, objects in the photos may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
