Villa Rio is a luxurious conservative villa with 2 bedrooms, a capacity of 4 people, and options such as a jacuzzi, indoor pool and sauna, located in the Kayaköy area of Fethiye, famous for its historical structure. Our villa offers its guests a special holiday opportunity with its modern interior and exterior architectural structure. It is an ideal option for honeymoon couples and nuclear families. The large garden and pool area offers a cozy and comfortable holiday. Our villa, which offers a peaceful and happy holiday opportunity where no one can disturb you, away from the eyes, has everything for our guests.

Note: For stays under 5 nights, a cleaning fee of 100 £ is required.

Note: Pool heating, if requested, costs 10 £ per day as of April 1.

Note: Our villa has underfloor heating for guests who want to rent it during the winter months. Underfloor heating is free until May 1, 2024.

Internal features of the house

Living room:There is a carefully furnished living room with an open kitchen, modern armchairs, LCD TV, satellite receiver and air conditioning. There is a door from the living room opening to the pool and garden.

Kitchen: There is an open kitchen, enough kitchen supplies for 4 people or more, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, stove, refrigerator, teapot and kettle.

Bedrooms:

1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioning, jacuzzi, en-suite bathroom, LCD TV and wardrobe.

2nd Bedroom: There are two single beds, air conditioning, jacuzzi, en-suite bathroom and wardrobe.

Others:There is also an iron, ironing board and hair dryer in the villa.

Damage deposit:A damage deposit of 200 £ is taken during the check-in process. Any loss, breakage, debris, etc. in the villa on the day of departure. Otherwise, the damage deposit will be refunded to you.

Exterior features:There is a barbecue area, sun loungers, umbrellas, sun terrace, children's playground.
