Villa Rose is a family villa with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a capacity for 6 people, a conservative private pool, jacuzzi and a large garden, located in Seydikemer Zorlar location. Since the pool of our villa is not visible from the outside, it is suitable for conservative families. Our villa, which offers a peaceful and happy holiday opportunity where no one can disturb you, away from the eyes, has everything for our guests. You can have a pleasant time with your family and loved ones in your private pool and have a barbecue in the garden. There is Villa Ikra right next to our villa. It is ideal for groups of friends and large families who want to spend their holidays at the same time.

Note: For stays under 6 nights, a cleaning fee of £ 75 is required.

Note: Pool maintenance is done between 05:00 and 06:00 in the morning, and garden maintenance is done between 18:00 and 19:00.

Internal features of the house

Living room: A carefully furnished living room with an open kitchen, air conditioning, modern armchairs, dining table for 6 people, LED TV, satellite receiver, door opening to the pool and garden.

Kitchen: The open-plan kitchen has enough kitchenware for 6 people or more, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, tea maker, teapot and kettle.

Bedrooms:

1st Bedroom: Double bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom, jacuzzi, television, make-up table, wardrobe and door opening to the pool.

2nd Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom, make-up table and wardrobe.

3rd Bedroom: There are two single beds, air conditioning and a wardrobe.

Bathroom: Located in the corridor. It has a shower and WC.

Others: There is air conditioning in all rooms and the living room. The villa also includes an iron, ironing board, hair dryer and vacuum cleaner.

Damage deposit: A damage deposit of £ 100 is taken during the check-in process. Any loss, breakage, debris, etc. in the villa on the day of departure. Otherwise, the damage deposit will be refunded to you.

Note: All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are sprayed regularly. Despite this, there are pests etc. in the environment. There is a possibility of being found. We do not guarantee 100% visibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 5% reservation in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a "Wide Angle Lens" to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
