Villa Description

Villa Roses is a luxury summer holiday villa with 7 bedrooms, 100 m2 private pool, outdoor jacuzzi, elevator located in Ovacık district of Ölüdeniz. Everything in our villa with carefully designed architecture has been considered and is ready for use. Our villa has a total capacity of 14 people. Our villa, which is 3.5 km from Ölüdeniz beach, has all kinds of equipment. It is 1.5 km from Hisarönü center, where shopping malls, entertainment venues, restaurants and amusement park are located.

Note: An extra cleaning fee of £200 is requested for reservations under 7 nights.

Interior features of the house

Living room: There is a carefully furnished living room, modern seating group, satellite receiver, LCD TV, alarm, air conditioning, dining table and a door to the pool.

Kitchen: The open-plan modern island kitchen has a refrigerator, oven, microwave oven, washing machine, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, electric kettle, coffee machine, dinnerware, pans, pots, cutlery and other kitchenware.

Damage deposit: A damage deposit of £500 is taken during check-in procedures. If there is no loss, breakage, spillage etc. in the villa on the day of departure, the damage deposit is returned to you.

Note: All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are regularly sprayed. Despite this, there is a possibility of pests etc. in the surroundings. We do not guarantee 100% invisibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 10% margin of protection in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a 'Wide Angle Lens' to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in the photos may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
