Villa Description

Villa Rüyam is a 3 bedroom villa with a capacity of 6 people and a private pool, suitable for large families, located in the Ovacık region of Fethiye Ölüdeniz. Our villa is located close to everything you may need. In our villa, which is located in a quiet and calm environment, all kinds of equipment are ready for use for our guests. Our villa is 4 km from Ölüdeniz beach and 1 km from Hisarönü center, where shopping stores, entertainment venues and an amusement park for children are located.

Note: In our villa, which is open for 12 months, interior heating is provided by underfloor heating and a fireplace. Indoor parking is available in the villa.

Note: Pool heating is optional and is available for 350 £ per week.

Note: For stays under 5 nights, a cleaning fee of 120 £ is charged.

Internal features of the house

Living room: There is a living room with an open kitchen, a seating group, a dining table for 6 people, LED TV, satellite receiver and air conditioning.

Kitchen: There is an open-plan kitchen, an island buffet area, enough kitchen supplies for 6 people or more, dishwasher, oven, stove, refrigerator and toaster.

Bedrooms

1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioning, bedside table, en-suite bathroom, jacuzzi, LCD TV, chair and wardrobe.

2nd Bedroom: There is a double bed, bedside table, park bed, en-suite bathroom, chair, make-up table, air conditioning and wardrobe.

3rd Bedroom: There are two single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, en-suite bathroom, make-up table and balcony.

Others: There is air conditioning in all rooms and the living room. The villa also includes an iron, ironing board and hair dryer.

Damage deposit:A damage deposit of 150 £ is taken during the check-in process. Any loss, breakage, debris, etc. in the villa on the day of departure. Otherwise, the damage deposit will be refunded to you.

Note: All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are sprayed regularly. Despite this, there are pests etc. in the environment. There is a possibility of being found. We do not guarantee 100% visibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 10% reservation in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a "Wide Angle Lens" to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
