Villa Description

Villa Seden is a 4-bedroom rental holiday villa with a private pool and a capacity of 8 people, located in the Ovacık region of Ölüdeniz, Fethiye. Our villa is 5 km away from the world-famous Ölüdeniz beach. It is located 3 km from the center of Hisarönü, where shopping stores, entertainment venues, restaurants and an amusement park for children are located. All kinds of equipment are ready for use in our villa for our guests.

Note: Reservations under the minimum stay period are not accepted.

Internal features of the house

Living room: There is a carefully furnished living room with an open kitchen, modern armchairs, a dining table for 6 people, LED TV, satellite receiver and air conditioning.

Kitchen: The open-plan kitchen has enough kitchenware for 8 people or more, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, stove, refrigerator, teapot and kettle.

Bedrooms

1st Bedroom: Double bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom, wardrobe and balcony.

2nd Bedroom: Double bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom, wardrobe and balcony.

3rd Bedroom: There are two single beds, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom and balcony.

4th Bedroom: There are two single beds, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom and balcony.

Others: There is air conditioning in all rooms and the living room. The villa also includes an iron, ironing board and hair dryer.

Damage deposit: A damage deposit of £ 100 is taken during the check-in process. On the day of departure, there will be no loss, breakage, debris, etc. in the villa. Otherwise, the damage deposit will be refunded to you.

Note: All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are sprayed regularly. Despite this, there are pests etc. in the environment. There is a possibility of being found. We do not guarantee 100% invisibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 10% reservation in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a "Wide Angle Lens" to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
