Villa Description

Villa Selinli is a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom, 6-person capacity holiday villa with a private pool located in Hisarönü, Fethiye, Ölüdeniz. It is 1 km away from Hisarönü center, where shopping malls, entertainment venues and a children's amusement park are located. Our villa has all the equipment you may need during your holiday. Our villa is 3 km away from Ölüdeniz beach and 7 km away from Fethiye center.

Note:No cleaning fee is required.

Interior features of the house

Living room: There is a seating area, wc, satellite receiver, LCD TV, air conditioning, a dining table for 6 people and access to the pool.

Kitchen: Open-plan island kitchen, refrigerator, oven, washing machine, microwave oven, 4-burner stove, electric kettle, dinner set for 6 people, pan, pots, cutlery and other kitchenware are available.

Bedrooms:

Bedroom 1:Double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, balcony, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

Bedroom 2: Twin beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, folding bed, nightstand and balcony.

Others:All rooms and the living room have air conditioning. There is also an iron, ironing board and hair dryer in the villa.

Damage deposit:A £200 damage deposit is taken during check-in. If there is no loss, breakage, spillage etc. in the villa on the day of departure, the damage deposit is returned to you.

Note: All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are regularly sprayed. Despite this, there is a possibility of pests etc. in the surroundings. We do not guarantee 100% invisibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 10% protection margin in these villas.
