Villa Description

Villa Senas is our holiday villa with 4 bedrooms, a capacity of 8 people, a private pool and a children's pool, located in the Hisarönü region of Fethiye. It offers our guests a comfortable holiday opportunity with its modern architecture and materials. The construction of the villa has just been completed and the materials inside are ready for use. It is located 3 km from Ölüdeniz beach and 500 m from Hisarönü center, where shopping stores, entertainment venues and amusement parks are located. Our villa has all the equipment you may need.

Note: For reservations under 4 nights, a cleaning fee of £ 100 is required.

Internal features of the house

Living room: There is a carefully furnished living room with an open kitchen, modern armchairs, a dining table for 8 people, LED TV, satellite receiver, air conditioning.

Kitchen: The open-plan kitchen has enough kitchenware for 8 people or more, dishwasher, oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, teapot and kettle.

Bedrooms:

1st Bedroom: Double bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom, make-up table, wardrobe and balcony.

2nd Bedroom: Double bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom, make-up table, wardrobe and balcony.

3rd Bedroom: There are two single beds, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom, wardrobe and balcony.

4th Bedroom: There are two single beds, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom, wardrobe and balcony.

Others: There is air conditioning in all rooms and the living room. The villa also has an iron, ironing board, hair dryer and vacuum cleaner.

Damage deposit: A damage deposit of £ 100 is taken during the check-in process. Any loss, breakage, debris, etc. in the villa on the day of departure. Otherwise, the damage deposit will be refunded to you.

Note: All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are sprayed regularly. Despite this, there are pests etc. in the environment. There is a possibility of being found. We do not guarantee 100% invisibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 10% reservation in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a "Wide Angle Lens" to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.

There is a private swimming pool, children's pool, veranda, barbecue area, sun loungers, umbrellas, garden furniture, garden swing and sun terrace.
