Villa Description

Villa Seri is a 4-bedroom holiday villa with a private pool, with a capacity of 8 people, located in the Ovacık region of Fethiye. Our villa is offered to our valued guests with its stylish concept, comfortable and carefully furnished furniture, and spacious and bright structure. Thanks to the large pool and garden area, you can have fun by the pool and make your holiday more enjoyable. Our villa is very suitable for large groups of friends and families. Due to its location, it is very close to markets and restaurants and you can easily meet all your needs.

Note: For stays under 7 nights, a cleaning fee of 100 £ is required.

Note: Water and electricity (weekly usage quota 250kw) are included in the price. In case of excess electricity, the excess amount will be requested.

Internal features of the house

Living room: A carefully furnished living room with an open kitchen, modern armchairs, a dining table for 6 people, LCD TV, satellite receiver, air conditioning and access to the pool area.

Kitchen: Open-plan kitchen, with enough kitchenware for 8 people, dishwasher, oven, microwave, stove, refrigerator, toaster, coffee machine, teapot and kettle.

Bedrooms:

1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe and en-suite bathroom.

2nd Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe and en-suite bathroom.

3rd Bedroom: Double bed, jacuzzi, wardrobe, en-suite bathroom-WC and exit to the balcony area.

4. Bedroom: There are two single beds and a wardrobe.

Others:There is air conditioning in all rooms and the living room. The villa also has an iron, ironing board, hair dryer and vacuum cleaner.

Damage deposit: A damage deposit of 200 £ is taken during the check-in process. Any loss, breakage, debris, etc. in the villa on the day of departure. Otherwise, the damage deposit will be refunded to you.

Note:All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are sprayed regularly. Despite this, there are pests etc. in the environment. There is a possibility of being found. We do not guarantee 100% invisibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 10% reservation in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a "Wide Angle Lens" to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.

There is a private swimming pool, barbecue area, sun loungers, garden seating group, dining table, swing and sun terrace.
