Villa Description

Villa Seril is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom holiday villa with a capacity of 6 people, an outdoor jacuzzi and a private pool, located in Calis, Fethiye. Since the surroundings of our villa cannot be seen from the outside, it is suitable for conservative families. Our villa is located 5 minutes by car from the beach and entertainment venues. Offering our guests a peaceful and happy holiday, our villa has everything complete and modern. You can have a pleasant time with your family and loved ones in your private pool and have a barbecue in the garden.

Note: For stays under 7 nights, a cleaning fee of £ 50 is charged.

Internal features of the house

Living room: There is a seating area, coffee table, unit, LCD TV, satellite receiver, air conditioning and exit to the pool.

Kitchen:There is a separate kitchen, enough kitchenware for 6 people or more, dishwasher, tea maker, coffee machine, stove, refrigerator and teapot.

Bedrooms

1st Bedroom: Double bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, clothes rack and access to the garden.

2nd Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioning, clothes rack and access to the garden.

3rd Bedroom: There are two single beds, air conditioning and a parking bed.

Others: There is also an iron, ironing board, hair dryer and vacuum cleaner in the villa.

Damage deposit:A damage deposit of £ 100 is taken during the check-in process. Any loss, breakage, debris, etc. in the villa on the day of departure. Otherwise, the damage deposit will be refunded to you.

Note: All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are sprayed regularly. Despite this, there are pests etc. in the environment. There is a possibility of being found. We do not guarantee 100% invisibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 5% reservation in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a "Wide Angle Lens" to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
