Villa Description

Villa Seven 3 is a 3-bedroom holiday villa with a capacity of 6 people and a private pool, located in the Hisarönü region of Ölüdeniz. It is 3 km from Ölüdeniz beach and 750 meters from Hisarönü center, where entertainment venues, shopping stores and restaurants are located. You can spend your holiday peacefully and safely in our villa, which is 7 km away from the center of Fethiye.

Note: For reservations under 7 nights, an extra £ 100 cleaning fee is required.

Internal features of the house

Living room: There is a carefully furnished living room with an open kitchen, modern armchairs, LED TV, satellite receiver and air conditioning.

Kitchen: The open-plan kitchen has enough kitchenware for 6 people or more, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, stove, refrigerator, toaster, teapot and kettle.

Bedrooms:

1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning and wardrobe.

2nd Bedroom: There is a double bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning and wardrobe.

3rd Bedroom: There are two single beds, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning and wardrobe.

Others: There is air conditioning in all rooms and the living room. The villa also includes an iron, ironing board and hair dryer.

Damage deposit: A damage deposit of £ 100 is taken during the check-in process. Any loss, breakage, debris, etc. in the villa on the day of departure. Otherwise, the damage deposit will be refunded to you.

Note: All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are sprayed regularly. Despite this, there are pests etc. in the environment. There is a possibility of being found. We do not guarantee 100% invisibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 10% reservation in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a "Wide Angle Lens" to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
