Villa Description

Villa Sidre is a 2-bedroom luxury holiday villa with a capacity of 4 people, with a private pool, indoor pool, sauna, jacuzzi and sea view, located in the Kalkan Akbel region. There are 2 pools in our villa. The first pool is outside (in the garden) and the second pool is indoors inside the villa. There is a jacuzzi in 2 bedrooms. It offers a unique holiday opportunity to our valued guests with its magnificent sea view.

Note: For stays of less than 5 nights, a cleaning fee of £ 100 is required.

Note: Pool heating fee can be activated upon request for £ 30 per day.

Internal features of the house

Living room: There is a living room with an open kitchen, air conditioning, LCD TV, satellite receiver, seating group and dining table. We have an exit from the living room that opens to the pool.

Kitchen:There is an open-plan kitchen, dishwasher, refrigerator, electric kettle, washing machine, oven, 4-burner stove, dinnerware for 4 people, spoons, knives, cutlery, pots, glasses and pans. We have access to the garden from the kitchen.

Bedrooms:

1st Bedroom:There is a double bed, en-suite bathroom, jacuzzi, air conditioning, wardrobe, bedside table and make-up table.

2nd Bedroom: There are two single beds, en-suite bathroom, jacuzzi, air conditioning, wardrobe and make-up table.

Others: There is air conditioning in all rooms and the living room. The villa also includes an iron, ironing board and hair dryer.

Damage deposit: A damage deposit of £ 150 is taken during the check-in process. Any loss, breakage, debris, etc. in the villa on the day of departure. Otherwise, the damage deposit will be refunded to you.

Note:All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are sprayed regularly. Despite this, there are pests etc. in the environment. There is a possibility of being found. We do not guarantee 100% invisibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 10% reservation in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a "Wide Angle Lens" to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.

There is a private swimming pool, barbecue area, sun loungers, umbrellas, garden swings, sun terrace and veranda.
