Villa Description

Villa Steve is a 5-bedroom, large family villa with a private pool and a capacity of 10 people, located in the Ovacık region of Ölüdeniz, Fethiye. It is also a good option for families with children. It is 2 km away from the center of Hisarönü, famous for its shopping stores and entertainment venues. In our villa, which is 4 km away from Ölüdeniz beach and only 7 km away from Fethiye center, everything has been considered for our guests and nothing is missing.

Note: An extra cleaning fee is required for rentals under the minimum stay period.

Internal features of the house

Living room: There is a living room with an open kitchen, armchairs, LCD TV, satellite receiver and air conditioning.

Kitchen: Open-plan kitchen, with enough kitchenware for 10 people or more, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, stove, refrigerator, toaster, and Turkish coffee machine.

Pool terrace: There is a table and chairs in the section leading to the garden and pool area.

Bedrooms

1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, wardrobe and bedside table.

2nd Bedroom: There is a double bed, en-suite bathroom, wardrobe and bedside table.

3rd Bedroom: There are two single beds and a wardrobe.

4th Bedroom: There are two single beds, air conditioning and a wardrobe.

5th Bedroom: There are two single beds, air conditioning and a wardrobe.

Others: There is air conditioning in all rooms and the living room. The villa also includes an iron, ironing board and hair dryer.

Damage deposit: A damage deposit of 100 £ is taken during the check-in process. On the day of departure, there will be no loss, breakage, debris, etc. in the villa. Otherwise, the damage deposit will be refunded to you.

Note: All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are sprayed regularly. Despite this, there are pests etc. in the environment. There is a possibility of being found. We do not guarantee 100% invisibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 10% reservation in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a "Wide Angle Lens" to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
