Villa Description

Villa Summer Duo is a 4-bedroom holiday villa with a children's pool, located in the Ovacık district of Fethiye. With its stylish design, comfortable and thoughtful furnishings, and spacious and beautiful structure, it is offered to our valued guests. The spacious pool and garden area allow you to enjoy your time by the pool and enhance your holiday. The villa is ideal for large groups of friends and families. The villa features underfloor heating. Its location is very close to markets and restaurants, allowing you to easily meet all your needs.

Note: A £100 cleaning fee is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Note: The villa has a hot tub, which can be activated for a daily fee of £35.

House Interior Features

Living Room: Living Room with an open kitchen, modern armchairs, a fireplace, a dining table for 6 people, an LCD TV, satellite TV, air conditioning, and a poolside access.

Kitchen: Open-plan kitchen with enough kitchenware for 8 people, dishwasher, oven, microwave, stove, refrigerator, toaster, teapot, and kettle.

Other: All rooms and the living room have air conditioning. The villa also has an iron, washing machine, hairdryer, and vacuum cleaner.

Damage deposit: A £150 damage deposit is required upon check-in. Any missing, broken, or damaged items in the villa will be returned upon check-out. If this is not the case, your deposit will be refunded.

Note: All of our villas, nestled in nature, are regularly sprayed with pesticides. Despite this, there is a possibility of pests and other pests in the surrounding area. We cannot guarantee 100% complete privacy in our secluded pool villas. A 10% privacy margin is always maintained in these villas. The villa photos on our website are taken with a wide-angle lens to fit the screen. Therefore, objects in the photos may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
