Villa Description

Villa Summer is a 4-bedroom holiday villa with a private pool, located in the Ovacık area of Fethiye, sleeping up to 8 people. With its stylish design, comfortable and thoughtful furnishings, and spacious and beautiful layout, this villa is designed for our valued guests. The spacious pool and garden area allow you to enjoy your time by the pool and enhance your holiday. The villa is ideal for large groups of friends and families. It features underfloor heating. Its location is conveniently located near markets and restaurants, allowing you to easily meet all your needs.

Note: A £100 cleaning fee is charged for stays under 7 nights.

House Interior Features

Living Room: A living room with an open kitchen, modern sofas, a fireplace, a dining table for 6 people, an LCD TV, satellite TV, air conditioning, and a poolside view.

Kitchen: The open-plan kitchen is equipped with enough kitchenware for 8 people, a dishwasher, oven, microwave, stove, refrigerator, toaster, teapot, and kettle.

Bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: Features a double bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with toilet, LCD TV, and wardrobe.

Bedroom 2: Features a double bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with toilet, LCD TV, wardrobe, and dressing table.

Bedroom 3: Features two single beds, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with toilet, LCD TV, wardrobe, and dressing table.

Bedroom 4: Features two single beds, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with toilet, LCD TV.

Other: All rooms and the living room have air conditioning. The villa also has an iron, washing machine, hairdryer, and vacuum cleaner.

Damage Deposit: A £150 damage deposit is required upon check-in. This deposit will be refunded upon check-out if there are no missing items, broken items, or spills.

Note: All our villas, nestled in nature, are regularly disinfected. Despite this, pests and other pests may still be present. There is a possibility of this. We cannot guarantee 100% complete privacy of the pool in our secluded villas. There is always a 10% privacy margin for these villas. The villa photos on our website are taken with a wide-angle lens to fit the screen. Therefore, objects in the photos may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
