Villa Description

Villa Sunset A is a 3-bedroom holiday villa with a private pool and a capacity of 6 people, located in the Hisarönü region of Ölüdeniz, Fethiye. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. Our villa is located 1 km away from Hisarönü center, which is famous for its shopping stores and entertainment venues. In our villa, which is 3 km away from Ölüdeniz beach and only 7 km away from Fethiye center, everything has been considered for our guests and nothing is missing.

Note:For reservations under 7 nights, an extra cleaning fee is required.

Internal features of the house

Living room: There is a carefully furnished living room with a magnificent open kitchen, modern armchairs, a dining table for 6 people, LCD TV, satellite receiver and air conditioning.

Kitchen: The open-plan modern kitchen has enough kitchenware for 6 people or more, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster and kettle.

Bedrooms:

1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, wardrobe, make-up table, terrace with pool and garden views.

2nd Bedroom: Double bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, wardrobe, terrace with pool and garden views.

3rd Bedroom: There are two single beds, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, wardrobe, terrace with pool and garden views.

Others: There is air conditioning in all rooms and the living room. The villa also includes an iron, ironing board and hair dryer.

Damage deposit: A damage deposit of 150 £ is taken during the check-in process. On the day of departure, there will be no loss, breakage, debris, etc. in the villa. Otherwise, the damage deposit will be refunded to you.

Note: All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are sprayed regularly. Despite this, there are pests etc. in the environment. There is a possibility of being found. We do not guarantee 100% invisibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 10% reservation in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a "Wide Angle Lens" to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
