Villa Description

Villa Süpernova is our special luxury rental villa located in the Kalkan Kızıltaş region, with 5 bedrooms, a capacity of 10 people, a unique nature and sea view, sauna, Turkish bath, gym and indoor pool. Each room of our villa has an en-suite bathroom. All kinds of tools and equipment are ready for use in our villa for our guests.

Note: For stays under 6 nights, an extra 100 £ cleaning fee is charged.

Note: Pool heating costs an extra GBP 30 per day.

Internal features of the house

Living room: There is a carefully furnished living room with an open kitchen with a unique sea view, modern armchairs, a dining table for 8 people, LED TV, satellite receiver, air conditioning and access to the pool.

Kitchen: There is an open-plan island kitchen, enough kitchenware for 10 people or more, dishwasher, microwave oven, oven, toaster, stove, refrigerator, tea maker and coffee machine.

Bedrooms:

1st Bedroom: Double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, French bathtub, wardrobe, make-up table, en-suite bathroom, exit to the indoor pool area.

2nd Bedroom: Two single beds, clothes rack, air conditioning, make-up table, en-suite bathroom, exit to the indoor pool area.

3rd Bedroom: Double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, French bathtub, dressing room, make-up table, en-suite bathroom, balcony with sea view.

4th Bedroom: There is a double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, make-up table, armchair, en-suite bathroom, balcony with sea view.

5th Bedroom: There are two single beds, clothes rack, LCD TV, air conditioning, make-up table, en-suite bathroom, balcony with sea view.

Hobby and entertainment room: It is a large and spacious area with an indoor pool, billiard table, table tennis, table football, Turkish bath, sauna, LCD TV, sun loungers, bar area and fitness equipment.

Others: There is air conditioning in all rooms and the living room. The villa also includes an iron, ironing board and hair dryer.

Damage deposit: A damage deposit of 200 £ is taken during the check-in process. Any loss, breakage, debris, etc. in the villa on the day of departure. Otherwise, the damage deposit will be refunded to you.

Note: All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are sprayed regularly. Despite this, there are pests etc. in the environment. There is a possibility of being found. We do not guarantee 100% visibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 10% reservation in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a "Wide Angle Lens" to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
