Villa Description

Villa Suzan is a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa with a capacity of 8 people, located in the Hisarönü region of the world-famous Ölüdeniz. The pool of our villa belongs only to you. It is a 5 minute walk from Hisarönü center. Our villa is in a very central location, 3 km away from Ölüdeniz beach and only 7 km away from Fethiye centre.

Note: An extra cleaning fee is required for reservations below the minimum stay period.

Internal features of the house

Living room: There is a carefully furnished modern living room, modern armchairs, a dining table for 8 people, LCD TV, satellite receiver and air conditioning.

Kitchen: The open-plan modern kitchen has enough kitchenware for 8 people or more, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, stove, refrigerator, teapot and kettle.

Bedrooms:

1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, wardrobe, terrace with pool and garden views.

2nd Bedroom: Double bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, wardrobe, terrace with pool and garden views.

3rd Bedroom:There are two single beds, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, wardrobe and terrace.

4. Bedroom: There are two single beds, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, wardrobe and terrace.

Others:There is air conditioning in all rooms and the living room. The villa also includes an iron, ironing board and hair dryer.

Damage deposit: A damage deposit of 100 £ is taken during the check-in process. Any loss, breakage, debris, etc. in the villa on the day of departure. Otherwise, the damage deposit will be refunded to you.

Note: All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are sprayed regularly. Despite this, there are pests etc. in the environment. There is a possibility of being found. We do not guarantee 100% invisibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 10% reservation in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a "Wide Angle Lens" to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
