Villa Description

Villa Tahin 1 is a 3-bedroom, 6-person private pool and jacuzzi holiday villa located in the Ovacık region of Ölüdeniz. Our villa, which has a large garden and pool area where you can relax with your family, is located on the skirts of Babadağ. Our villa is 5 km from Ölüdeniz beach and 1 km from Hisarönü center, where entertainment venues, shopping malls and restaurants are located. You can spend your holiday peacefully and safely in our villa, which is 5 km from Fethiye center. There is Villa Tahin 2 with the same features next to our villa.

Note: An extra £ 50 cleaning fee is requested for accommodations under 7 nights.

Interior features of the house

Living room: There is a carefully furnished living room with an open kitchen, modern armchairs, LED TV, satellite receiver and air conditioning.

Kitchen: There is an open-plan kitchen, kitchenware enough for 6 people and more, a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave oven and teapot.

Bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: Double bed, jacuzzi, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, wardrobe, dressing table, nightstand and balcony.

Bedroom 2: Twin beds, en-suite bathroom, LCD TV, air conditioning, wardrobe, nightstand and balcony.

Bedroom 3: Double bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, wardrobe, LCD TV, dressing table and balcony.

Others: All rooms and the living room have air conditioning. There is also an iron, ironing board and hair dryer in the villa.

Damage deposit: A  £ 100 damage deposit is taken during check-in. If there is no loss, breakage, spillage etc. in the villa on the day of departure, the damage deposit is returned to you.

Note: All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are regularly sprayed. Despite this, there is a possibility of pests etc. in the surrounding area. We definitely do not guarantee 100% invisibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 5% protection margin in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a 'Wide Angle Lens' to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
