Villa Tina is a 4 bedroom villa with a private pool and a capacity of 8 people, located in Çalış district of Fethiye. It is a very suitable option for groups of friends and large families looking for a quiet and peaceful holiday. The villa, which is a 5 minute walk from the sea, is also very convenient in terms of transportation. You can make your holiday more enjoyable with the garden area and the jacuzzi in the master bedroom.

Note: For stays under 7 nights, a cleaning fee of 80 £ is charged.

Internal features of the house

Living room:There is a living room with an open kitchen, modern armchairs, LCD TV, satellite receiver, dining table for 4 people and air conditioning.

Kitchen:The open-plan modern kitchen has enough kitchenware for 8 people or more, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, stove, refrigerator and kettle.

Bedrooms

1st Bedroom: Double bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, wardrobe, balcony with pool and garden views.

2nd Bedroom:Double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, balcony with pool and garden views.

3rd Bedroom: Double bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, wardrobe.

4th Bedroom:There are two single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe.

Others: There is air conditioning in all rooms and the living room. The villa also includes an iron, ironing board and hair dryer.

Damage deposit: A damage deposit of 200 £ is taken during the check-in process. On the day of departure, there will be no loss, breakage, debris, etc. in the villa. Otherwise, the damage deposit will be refunded to you.

Note:All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are sprayed regularly. Despite this, there are pests etc. in the environment. There is a possibility of being found. We do not guarantee 100% visibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 10% reservation in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a "Wide Angle Lens" to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
