Villa Description

Villa Town 2 is our 3-bedroom luxury holiday villa with a capacity of 6 people, a private pool and jacuzzi, located in the Hisarönü region of Fethiye. Our villa, which has a modern concept, offers our guests a comfortable holiday with its carefully selected materials. You can have fun in our villa, which has a large garden and pool area. In addition, due to its location, our villa is within walking distance of Hisarönü center, where shopping stores, entertainment venues and amusement parks are located. It is 3 km away from Ölüdeniz beach. In our villa, all kinds of vehicles are ready for use for our guests. Right next to our villa, there is Villa Town 1 with the same features. It is an ideal option for those who want to rent villas side by side.

Note: For stays under 7 nights, an extra cleaning fee of 100 £ is required.

Internal features of the house

Living room: There is a carefully furnished living room with an open kitchen, modern armchairs, LCD TV, satellite receiver and air conditioning. There is an exit door to the pool and garden section.

Kitchen: The open-plan kitchen has enough kitchenware for 6 people or more, dishwasher, oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave, teapot and kettle.

Bedrooms:

1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom, wardrobe and make-up table.

2nd Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom, wardrobe and make-up table.

3rd Bedroom: Double bed, jacuzzi, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom, wardrobe and terrace with pool view.

Others: There is air conditioning in all rooms and the living room. The villa also has an iron, ironing board, hair dryer and vacuum cleaner.

Damage deposit: A damage deposit of 100 £ is taken during the check-in process. Any loss, breakage, debris, etc. in the villa on the day of departure. Otherwise, the damage deposit will be refunded to you.

Note: All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are sprayed regularly. Despite this, there are pests etc. in the environment. There is a possibility of being found. We do not guarantee 100% invisibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 10% reservation in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a "Wide Angle Lens" to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
