Villa Description

Villa Tulum is a conservative 3-bedroom villa with a capacity of 6 people, located in Seydikemer Kadıköy location. The pool and garden of our villa are not visible from the outside. Ideal for honeymoon couples and nuclear families. Our villa, which offers a peaceful and happy holiday opportunity where no one can disturb you, away from the eyes, has everything for our guests. You can have a pleasant time with your family and loved ones in your private pool and have a barbecue in the garden.

Note: For stays under 8 nights, a cleaning fee of £ 50 is required.

Internal features of the house

Living room: There is a carefully furnished living room with an open kitchen, modern sofa set, LCD TV, satellite receiver, dining table for 4 people and air conditioning. There is a door from the living room opening to the pool and garden.

Kitchen: There is an island kitchen, enough kitchen supplies for 6 people or more, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, stove, kettle and refrigerator.

Bedrooms:

1st Bedroom: Double bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom, make-up table, wardrobe, armchair and exit to the pool.

2nd Bedroom: There are two single beds, air conditioning and a wardrobe.

3rd Bedroom: Double bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom, make-up table, wardrobe and access to the pool.

Others: There is also an iron, ironing board and hair dryer in the villa.

Damage deposit: A damage deposit of £ 100 is taken during the check-in process. Any loss, breakage, debris, etc. in the villa on the day of departure. Otherwise, the damage deposit will be refunded to you.

External features

There is a private swimming pool, barbecue area, sun terrace, swing, garden seating groups, dining table, children's playground, veranda and car parking area.
